By accessing or using Nebula Hosting ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Service Description

Nebula Hosting provides game server hosting services, including but not limited to server provisioning, management tools, backup services, and related infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Engage in unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Host content that is illegal, threatening, or abusive
  • Conduct DDoS attacks or other malicious network activities
  • Circumvent resource limits or abuse shared infrastructure

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept automatic billing at the start of each billing period
  • Understand that refunds are handled according to our refund policy

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Data and Backups

While we provide automated backup services, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining copies of your data. We do not guarantee the availability or integrity of backups and recommend that you maintain your own backup copies of critical data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEBULA HOSTING AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nebula Hosting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
